Xavier started his career as a strategy consultant in the banking practice of McKinsey & Company in Paris. He graduated from HEC.

Caroline Ceniza-Levine is a Partner at Redseeds Consulting with 15 years of experience in recruitment and strategy consulting. Most recently Caroline spent five years at Time Inc. as an Associate Director in Staffing and Head of Universities Relations.

Prior to Time Inc, Caroline was an Executive Recruiter with Magna Consulting in New York. Caroline started her career as a strategy consultant in the Capital Markets practice of Oliver Wyman & Company in New York.

Frank Navarro is a Partner at Redseeds Consulting bringing over 10 years of experience in Strategic Consulting , Internal Consulting, Market and Financial Analysis.

He started his career as a strategy consultant with Internet Quest, a spin-off of McKinsey, advising Retail Banks, Transportation, Logistics, and Telecom operators on their Internet & Media strategy. Frank also worked as an Internal Consultant for Schneider Electric, a global specialist in Energy Management, and as a Financial Analyst for Eurostaf focusing on the Retail Industry, Tourism and Logistics. This hands-on consulting experience within several major practices provides him with a proficient ability to test the actual consulting skills of our candidates and a thorough understanding of our clients businesses.

Frank graduated from HEC (Paris), the leading European Business School with a Master of Science in Management, Marketing and Strategy.
